Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Disrupt & Transform Integrative Wellness Coaching, LLC (DTIWC)! We're excited to work with you! To make sure our time together is focused and productive, please take a moment to review our simple booking policy. 1. Scheduling and Payment Booking Your Session: All sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance through our online booking system. This secures your time slot. Session Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation immediately after booking, as well as a reminder 24 hours before your session. Payment: DTIWC accepts all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of booking. For package deals, the total payment is due upfront unless a payment plan has been pre-arranged. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellation We understand that life happens. We have a simple policy to manage changes fairly for everyone. 48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling: If you provide more than 48 hours' notice, we'll happily help you find a new time that works for you. Your payment will be transferred to the new session. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss your appointment without any notice (a "no-show"), you will forfeit the session fee. This fee covers the time slot that was held for you. 3. Lateness Starting on Time: Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If You Are Late: If you arrive late, we will still need to end the session at the original scheduled time. This is to respect the schedule of the clients following you. No extra time or refunds will be given for time lost due to a client's late arrival. If I Am Late: In the rare event that I am running a few minutes late, I will text or email you, and you will still have your full allotted time. 4. Refunds DTIWC is committed to your satisfaction. For Packages: If you purchase a coaching package and decide within 7 days of purchase that coaching isn't right for you, we will issue a full refund for any unused sessions. If you cancel without providing at least one week's notice, you will forfeit 25% of your payment for the coaching package to DTIWC. Once a session has been used, it is non-refundable. Single Sessions: All single session purchases are final and non-refundable once the session is booked.
