In four Breakthrough to Balance Group Coaching sessions:

You’ll gain some tools that will help you to move toward life balance - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
We’ll meet on Zoom for 1-1/2 hours once a week:
October 30th, November 6th, November 13th, and November 20th.
Coaching Options
Week-By-Week
Monthly
Monthly sessions are for the client who prefers to have the flexibility to meet at intervals that align with their goals throughout the month. This rate allows for four sessions during a month.
Please note, the monthly package does not include the client intake.
Week-by-week sessions are for the client who wants to try out the coaching experience. Coaching occurs until the client's desired resolution is achieved.
Please note, the client intake session must occur before our first session and is not included in the week-by-week session rate.
Breakthrough
A breakthrough session is for the client who is ready for an intensive. Individual weekend workshop with you and your coach! Breakthrough includes the client intake action planning, and a follow-up session.

Organizational Wellness
Organizational wellness is for the business or team that is ready to apply intentionality to behaviors that correspond to group well-being. These sessions are conducted in a workshop format.
